First day to complete FAFSA, at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Our School Code is 002145.

February
|
Watch your email or mailbox for your Student Aid Report (which is generated after you complete the FAFSA). When it comes, review it, and report any changes.
If flagged for verification:
Send in copies of both parent's and student's 2011 federal tax return transcript available at www.irs.gov

March 1
|
Priority Deadline for receipt of FAFSA by Office of Financial Aid. You may use estimated tax figures to meet this deadline.

April
|
If your FAFSA was submitted on time, you will either receive your Award Letter, or our request for additional information. Please respond promptly to retain access to funding.
|
May 1
|
A non-refundable $300 deposit is due to the Office of Admissions by May 1st in order to hold financial aid award, register for courses, and reserve housing.
|
|
June
|
Complete the Budget Worksheet. This will help you to calculate your costs at ENC and come up with a plan to cover any balances.
|
July 15th
|
All loans and payment plans should be secured and confirmed by July 15th. All required forms and actions should be completed for both Financial Aid and Student Accounts.
|
|
August
|
New student orientation is less than a month away.
|
September
|
Get a job! You can now pursue student employment. If you were offered Federal Work Study funds and you're a first-year student, you'll be receiving Job Fair information with your student packet.
|
October
|
If you are thinking about dropping a course, you should review the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) guidelines that are detailed in your academic catalog. See your academic advisor for guidance, as well as your financial aid counselor.

November
|
It's time to pre-register for Spring courses. Your account must be paid in full.

December 1
|
Continuing Students: Prepare to complete your FAFSA on the web for next year.
