Junior psychology major Kayleigh Schumske received a $1,000 scholarship from the Citizens Bank TruFit Good Citizen Scholarship program. The program awards 40 scholarships totaling $50,000 to students who are making a difference in their local communities. Kayleigh, who serves as a resident assistant and class council representative, brought three American Red Cross blood drives to campus, raised support and awareness to end gendercide in China, created an event to benefit sustainable living efforts in Uganda and Kenya, and has worked with pregnant women at a local homeless shelter. Congratulations Kayleigh!
