The Grammy-nominated Christian music group Gungor will perform a concert at Eastern Nazarene College at 8:00pm on Friday, November 1 at the Lahue Physical Education Center.

The group will perform songs from its new album, “I Am Mountain,” which is scheduled to be released September 24. Described by the band itself as “liturgical post-rock,” Gungor’s 2010 album “Beautiful Things” and the title track of the same name were nominated for Grammy Awards in the categories of Best Rock or Rap Gospel Album and Best Gospel Song, respectively. The band’s second album, “Ghosts Upon the Earth,” was released in 2011 followed by a live album, “A Creation Liturgy,” in 2012.

Tickets for the ENC concert are $15 at the ENC bookstore and $18 online at www.brownpapertickets.com. Tickets will also be available at the door. For more information on discounted group rates for church/youth groups of eight or more, contact the Office of Church Relations at 617-745-3842.
