An introduction to the basic responsibilities of the pastor. This course will include such topics as pastoral leadership, church administration, Christian Education, and the handling of church finances. Issues pertaining to pastoral ethics in dealing with finances, authority, interpersonal relationships, and pastoral expectations will be discussed. Prerequisite: PM110. Offered annually, Fall.
