Faculty Profile: Jonathan Lanham
Jonathan Lanham is the Data Manager for Father Bill’s & Mainspring an non-profit organization which acts as the Continuum of Care lead for the Brockton/Plymouth and Quincy/Weymouth regions in all areas regarding housing & homelessness. FBMS has emerged as a leading innovator of the Housing First, a model whereby people struggling with homelessness are placed rapidly into appropriate housing from shelter with supportive services that help them address the issues that led to their homelessness. In an effort to meet the organizational mission of ending homelessness FBMS is working to create lasting solutions to homelessness through prevention, workforce development, and upwards of 350 units of long-term housing for individuals and families. FBMS as an organization is focused on collecting and analyzing data on clients, programs and organizational efforts to meet our HUD required reporting, as well as to set meaningful strategic goals.
Jon is a 2004 & 2008 graduate of Eastern Nazarene College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History a Master of Science in Business Management and a 2010 graduate of Boston College earning a Master of Social Work with a concentration on Children, Youth and Families programs.
