Sacha comes to ENC from Iola, KS, where she was Interim Head Women's Basketball Coach at Allen Community College and an Instructor. She has also served as Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Asbury University in Wilmore, KY where she was an Instructor and Director of Intramurals. She served as Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at the University of the Cumberlands, Williamsburg, KY where, during the 2007-2008 season, they finished with a 23-8 record, were Conference Champions, and ranked 24th in the Nation. She has served as Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, KS. Sacha has served in the United States Air Force Reserves in Medical Logistics. 

She is currently working on her MBA from the University of Saint Mary.
