How do I special register for a course that I missed in my calendar or that I need to complete my degree requirements?

The schedule of courses being offered is available online. Once you decide which course(s) you would like to register for, you should contact your Academic Advisor. The Academic Advisor will be able to give you instructions as to what needs to be done to complete the registration process. Single Course Registration Forms are sometimes required and are available at the Adult & Graduate Studies office or can be filled out online.

It is the student's responsibility to keep a copy of the registration form for their records. Students taking courses at our Quincy Adult & Graduate Studies location will need to arrange for their course materials as well. Books for courses being held at our off-site locations are sent to all students who are registered at least three weeks in advance. If you register after the three week deadline, you will need to contact your Academic Advisor to arrange for your course materials to be picked up or sent. Once your registration is complete, the Class Representative's contact information will be sent to you.

We strongly recommend that you register four to five weeks before the start of the course you are planning to special register into. This allows time to process the registration (which includes Financial Aid adjustments) and ensures your name will be on attendance rosters. This also allows the time to receive course materials.
