Dr. Robert Weinberg is an Adjunct Instructor in the Dept of Physics at ENC. He has been teaching courses at ENC since September 2008. These courses include: Physical Science, Astronomy and College Algebra. Dr. Weinberg received his B.S. in Biology from M.I.T. in 1976. Subsequent to this, Dr. Weinberg engaged in immunology and biochemistry research for several years at the Harvard Medical School and Boston Children's Hospital. Dr. Weinberg then completed his medical education at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine where he received his D.O. degree in 1986. Dr. Weinberg then practiced a combination of Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine until 2003. In 2004, Dr. Weinberg began to study law, with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Patent Law, and graduated cum laude with his J.D. from the New England School of Law in 2006. Dr. Weinberg spent a couple of years examining biotechnology and medical device patents for Cardinal Intellectual Property. In 2010, Dr. Weinberg began doing research at M.I.T. as a Research Scientist investigating potential new drugs for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Dr. Weinberg has always had a passion for teaching, and looks forward to a long future with ENC as an Adjunct Instructor.
