The Donald E. Reed Instructional Resources Center (IRC), located on the ground floor of Nease Library, includes a collection of non-print materials and equipment for listening and viewing. Library users may obtain CD's, audiocassettes, video tapes and other non-print materials by asking at the IRC desk. The center also includes
- Creative work space for large projects
- Supplies, and services to support education faculty and students in classroom projects curriculum assignments and student teaching
- The curriculum library, including print material and manipulatives, and a comprehensive book collection for children and young adults are also found on the ground floor
- The Academic Reserve Desk, which houses course items from certain professors
