Before You Arrive

As a new student, you must take care of the following prior to arrival:

1. Complete the physical evaluation forms including immunizations and a physical exam. ENC health requirements and forms can be found here.
   
   
2. Determine your health insurance. Have either the college sponsored health insurance or complete a waiver. Please read important information on student health insurance, or go to University Health Plans, Inc. for important time-sensitive information on health insurance and the waiver process.
   
   
3. Complete a payment contract through Student Accounts.
   
   
4. Complete Financial Aid. Contact the Financial Aid Office at 617.745.3712.

Off-Campus/Long Distance Service

Dorms are equipped with telephone for on-campus and incoming calls. However, all off-campus calls require a personal authorization code which can be obtained by completing the Off-Campus/Long Distance agreement. There is no charge for local calls and domestic calls are only 7 cents per minute. Students are encouraged to sign up for this service. Download Application For Off-Campus/Long Distance Service
