Chemistry Career Choices

Chemists work in industries ranging from multinational corporations to small entrepreneurial firms. An entry-level B.S. or B.A. chemist may analyze and test products, work in technical sales or service, work to streamline processes for efficiency or cost savings, or assist senior chemists in a research laboratory. Many chemists work on research and development projects, in pilot plants and factories. Others are active in quite different roles which include consulting, medical research, financial analysis, sales and marketing, and management. If you are interested in preparing for teaching, ENC is here to guide you.

A Message from the President

At Eastern Nazarene College we believe there is no conflict between the best in education and the best in Christian faith. We believe a Christian education enlarges the approach to knowledge to include more than just facts, figures, and ideas.
