May 12, 2012 - Scheduled System Maintenance
Following the system maintenace this morning we experienced a hardware failure on our Zencas server which affects MyENC. We are also troubleshooting an issue with the Exchange server which is affecting Email connectivity. We are working to resolve these issues and will provide updates as they are available.
April 13, 2012 - Main Campus Phone Dialing Issue
We are experiencing an issue whereby off-campus callers are unable to dial the 617-745-3000 number. Our service provider is investigating the problem. If you experience this issue with other lines please contact the ITS Help Desk.
February 13, 2012 - 180 Old Colony Network Connectivity
This morning we experienced issues with network connectivity at our 180 Old Colony campus affecting Internet, Email and application access. Connectivity has been restored and we are reviewing logs to identify the root cause.
August 12, 2011 - ENC Web Site Scheduled Maintenance
The ENC public web site is planned to be unavailable starting 11pm Friday 8/12 until approximately 3am Saturday 8/13. This is due to a server migration at the hosting provider.
July 29, 2011 - My ENC Scheduled Maintenance
The My ENC web portal will be unavailable on Friday 7/29 from 12-2PM. The purpose of this maintenance is to implement new features which will provide increased performance and scalability.
June 16, 2011 - Exchange Email Issues
We experienced a systems issue during the scheduled Exchange maintenance which has affected email access. We are working with our vendors to get the system back online as soon as possible.
May 5, 2011 - Phone Issues
In the morning, the ENC phone system could not receive inbound calls reliably due to an issue with one of our service provider's lines. The issue has been resolved.
April 29, 2011 - Cable TV Issues
Cable channels 7 (NBC) and 25 (FOX) are experiencing issues resulting in the display of infomercials instead of regularly scheduled content. Privatel is aware of the problem and is working to correct it.
April 4, 2011 - Voicemail Issues
We are experiencing issues with Voicemail affecting message delivery and access. We are working to resolve the problem.
March 3, 2011 - Zencas Login Issues
We are experiencing issues with Zencas resulting in login errors. MyENC and other services are not affected at this time. We are working to resolve the problem.

January 25, 2011 - Inbound Calling from Verizon Phones
It appears as thoughVerizon phones are experiencing issues making inbound calls to ENC resulting in an "All circuits are busy...please try again later" message. This appears to be affecting only Verizon phones and does not appear to be an issue with the ENC phone system.
January 25, 2011 - MyENC & Zencas Maintenance
MyENC and Zencas will be down for maintenance on Wednesday 1/26 from 7AM - 8AM.
